Shoulder season rates- From opening day to June 12th (Excluding Memorial Day Weekend, 5/22-5/25), & from September 8th to the end of season.
Midweek Rate for Town of Islip Residents who are Seniors (60+), Boaters with Disabilities or Veterans– $1.85 per foot. This special rate is valid Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays, holidays excluded. Please note, this rate will be applied once you arrive at the marina: see any dockhand or attendant to make this adjustment.
*Limited y-splitters are available for rent at $15/day, first come first serve.
*Any customer who does not pay for electric and connects on their own will be charged double these rates. If you change your mind mid-stay and decide you want to use electric, you must either talk to staff, or send a message through Dockwa prior to plugging in.
WEEKENDS ONLY between the third weekend in May and Memorial Day Weekend (5/15/26-5/24/26)
FULL-TIME between Memorial Day and the second weekend in September (5/25/26-9/11/26)
WEEKENDS ONLY between the second weekend in September and Columbus Day (9/12/26-10/12/26)
Preference is granted to Town of Islip residents, who are permitted to book 5 weeks in advance. Full weeks will open up for reservations 5 weeks in advance. Every Monday at 9 am, the full week starting 5 Mondays out will be open for reservations. If you wish to book a reservation which starts in an available period and ends in a period not yet open, just let us know in the special request section which day you would like to stay until.
Non-residents are permitted to book 4 weeks in advance. Any non-resident reservation requests prior to this time period will be declined.
EXAMPLE 1: a 12-day reservation cancelled within 72 hours of arrival: charged for one full night plus 25% of the 6-night remainder of the reservation.
EXAMPLE 2: a 4-day reservation cancelled within 72 hours of arrival: charged for one night plus 25% of the 3-night remainder of the reservation.
